PlayStation 4 users will be able to access it from October 14, with an Xbox One beta occurring at a later date. This trend is set to continue this year, as Activision has announced on the PlayStation Blog that beta access for the up-and-coming instalment in the Call of Duty franchise, Infinite Warfare, will be both a pre-order bonus and a timed exclusive for PlayStation 4 users. Focusing on easy targets and enemy recognition, the map supports all play styles while driving frontline engagements.Last year, Activision announced that customers who pre-ordered Call of Duty: Black Ops III would be able to access the game’s multiplayer beta, with PlayStation 4 users receiving first access. The description for Precinct reads, “Set in Japan following the invasion of the Settlement Defense Front, Precinct is a medium sized map that uses grand interiors and the city’s winding backstreets as primary locations for combat.
Players can now fight on the map called Precinct. It’s similar to Team Deathmatch, but to earn a point, you must collect your victim’s Dog tag. Infinity Ward also added a new map to the map rotation of the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Beta. For those of you who are new to Call of Duty, Kill Confirmed is a game mode where you have to kill your enemy and then collect their Dog Tag in order to earn a point. Infinity Ward added Kill Confirmed to the game modes of the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Beta. After downloading the update, players noticed that a new game mode and a new map were added to the beta. Infinity Ward also introduced a few new things, alongside the matchmaking fixes. The matchmaking was awful when the beta first came out, but Infinity Ward released an update which fixed the issue. The Beta has had a few issues since its release on October 14th. Since the release of the Beta, thousands of players have downloaded it and have been enjoying it ever since. The closed beta required an access code to download it, which was given to fans who had pre-ordered Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
